Our services
Booking pages
Let clients book and pay a deposit online, so no-shows stop costing you money.
What it is
A booking page puts your diary online. Clients choose a service, pick a time that is actually free, pay a deposit and receive an instant confirmation, so you stop trading messages back and forth to fix appointments.
The deposit is what protects your income. Clients who have paid in advance are more likely to turn up, so no-shows and last-minute cancellations drop. You decide the deposit amount and the cancellation rules, and the page applies them automatically.
In plain English: A page where clients choose a service and a time, pay a deposit and get a confirmation, without a single phone call.

Before we start
What we need from you, and what to know.
What we need from you
- Your services, durations and prices
- Your working hours and days off
- Your deposit amount and cancellation policy
- Access to your Google Calendar, if you want bookings synced to it
- An account with a payment provider for the deposits
Good to know
- Deposits are paid through your own payment provider account. The provider’s transaction fees are charged by the provider and are not part of our price.
- You decide whether the deposit counts towards the final price, and under what conditions it is refunded.
- Reminder wording and timing are agreed with you, so they sound like your business.
- Booking pages suit appointment-based businesses. If you take orders rather than bookings, an online shop is a better fit.
